Kanoa is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver these Services.

Kanoa offers a curated range of ambient lighting products, While we make every effort to accurately represent our products, variations may occur due to device display settings, production methods, or supplier differences. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice, and availability may be limited.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Kanoa reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is received and confirmed.

Please review your order carefully. Once accepted, cancellation may not be possible. In cases where orders cannot be accepted, modified, or must be canceled, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import duties.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship to Europe, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and select regions.

  • We do not ship to the United States.

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.

  • Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Custom 3D-printed products are only eligible for return if defective.

  • Contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange process.

Kanoa is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Kanoa. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases or interactions with Kanoa, including product quality, shipping, or damages.
