3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Kanoa reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is received and confirmed.
Please review your order carefully. Once accepted, cancellation may not be possible. In cases where orders cannot be accepted, modified, or must be canceled, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Custom 3D-printed products are only eligible for return if defective.

Kanoa is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Kanoa. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases or interactions with Kanoa, including product quality, shipping, or damages.
